From this field select a hotkey. Do so by typing the desired keystrokes. This field will display the desired keys. If a key combination is not available, typing in this field will scroll to the nearest match.
MiniMacro has over 700 key combinations from which to choose.

In this field type a short description of the newly-recorded macro.

Click this button to commit the macro to memory. This is the last step in the recording cycle. Once this button is clicked, the macro is inserted into the list below and is ready to run.

Click this button to abort the assignment process. Once this button is clicked, the assignment fields are cleared and the macro process is reset. Unassigned macros are discarded.

This area displays the macros contained in the file selected in the Available Files Area on the left.
You can rename a macro, change its hotkey, or delete a macro with a popup menu. Display the popup menu by right-clicking a selected macro.

[b]Available Files Area[]
This area shows the available macro files in a given directory. Click a listed file item to display the macros it contains in the list on the right.
[b]Note: When MiniMacro is closed, the path of the last-opened file is written to disk. When MiniMacro is reopened the last opened file becomes the current file.
If MiniMacro finds more than one macro file (*.mcr) in a selected directory, it will list all the files in that directory and display them here.[]
You can rename a file by pressing F2 when the file is selected. Right-click in this area to display the File Menu popup.
